Cecelia Waterman-Santiago is the CEO of House of Rising Sun, a nonprofit dedicated to the wellness of girls that have been abused, and the Owner and Founder of Aveli Wellness, LLC., a Holistic Health & Wellness company. 

Prior to establishing House of Rising Sun and Aveli Wellness, Ms. Waterman-Santiago was the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Client Services at Strategy Asset Managers, LLC. Before that, she was the Senior Vice President & Key Accounts Manager at Lexington-ING, a division of ING Group (now Voya Financial). Ms. Waterman-Santiago has over 20 of years of experience in Finance, Marketing and Corporate Leadership.

Ms. Waterman-Santiago is a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified Aromatherapist. She has an M.B.A. from Fordham University, a B.S. from St. Lawrence University and a Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
